It's going to be cool and rainy for much of the early part of this week, according to the National Weather Service forecast. A chance of rain is in the cards through Wednesday, with the showers set to move out of the area by Wednesday night at the latest. Highs will stay in the 60s for much of the week.
The watch lasts until 10 p.m. Friday.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Harford County and much of Maryland until 10 p.m. Friday. A watch means it is probable a tornado will happen; a warning is when it is imminent, according to the National Weather Service. Rain is back in the picture in this week's forecast. Showers are possible nearly the entire week, according to the National Weather Service forecast for the area. Highs won't get above the low 70s. The highest possibility of rain is on Friday, where the forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms, but the clouds should start to clear up starting Saturday, according to the forecast. The Orioles are back in action Tuesday evening against the Tampa Bay Rays as they start a nine-game homestand. Rain delays may be possible later in the week.
Temperatures will range from the 30s to 50s this week.

The March snowfall drew a mixed reaction from those in Aberdeen. Three inches of snow had fallen in Edgewood by 8:20 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service, and a wintry mix fell throughout the day. Schools were cancelled in Harford County on March 25, as was the Harford County Board of Education meeting. Some in Aberdeen did not see what the big to-do was about Monday's weather. "What snow?" J. Franklin "Frank" Hawley commented on the Aberdeen Patch Facebook page. "Everyone is acting like we had a major blizzard of 3 feet of snow." UPDATE (8:23 a.m.)—The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Harford County until noon Monday. Snow could leave one to three inches of accumulation in Aberdeen, according to the National Weather Service. Harford County schools are closed Monday, and the county government is operating on a two-hour delay. The weather service also issued a small craft advisory for the Chesapeake Bay.
