The Maryland House on Interstate 95 would normally be buzzing with commuters Tuesday and Wednesday. The days before Thanksgiving are notoriously busy on the Interstate 95 corridor. This year, though, the island in the middle of the interstate between the Riverside and Aberdeen exits will sit rather quietly. The rest stop is closed for renovations.
