UPDATE (6:29 a.m.)—Overnight snow and sleet has caused the closure of schools in Harford County. Code blue employees should report at 10 a.m. Harford County Public Schools is now expected to use April 20, which was scheduled to be the first day of spring break, to make up today's closure. Additionally, Baltimore County and Cecil County schools are closed Tuesday. Harford Community College will open at 12:30 p.m. Harford County government offices will open at 10 a.m. A liberal leave policy is in effect. Aberdeen Proving Ground will open at noon with a liberal leave policy in effect.
