JoAnn Walters, a 1987 graduate of Rowan University in  Glassboro,  New Jersey, has over 10 years of news writing experience. She was briefly employed for the Bridgeton Evening News as a feature writer and general assignment reporter and later worked at The Press of Atlantic City as a beat reporter , covering municipal stories and the courthouse.
