Joan E. Wiggins, Neighbor

Joan is a retired educator for Harford County Public Schools where she was a vocal music teacher and assistant principal. Currently, she is the church musician for Cokesbury Memorial UMC and teaches private voice & piano lessons. Joan is a Past State President of the Maryland Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma and volunteers at the Historical Society of Harford County.
