IronBirds Knocked Out of Playoffs
Fans react on Twitter to Aberdeen's performance against Tri-City.
The IronBirds faced off against the ValleyCats in the team's first crack at the playoffs in franchise history, and the season concluded for Aberdeen Saturday night.
The IronBirds couldn't make a play at Bruno Stadium in Troy, NY, with the final score 3-0.
On Friday, the IronBirds came up short, 1-0, at home.
"We made history in the city of Aberdeen," IronBirds Manager Matt Merullo told The Baltimore Sun, regardless of the score.
