Aberdeen Area Crime: Perrywood Pizza Delivery Assault

Villapoint Drive, 4900 block, 7:20 p.m. on Jan. 30. A taxi operator reported a customer unwilling to pay a cab fare. No further information was available.

Atlas Cedar Way, 4800 block, 5:34 p.m. on Jan. 30. A caller reported a breaking and entering at a residence that occurred 10 days earlier. It was unclear what was taken, but suspects gained access by cutting a screen and climbing through a window.

James Run Road, 3400 block, 11:17 p.m. on Jan. 29. An individual attempted a breaking & entering at a residence but fled the scene thereafter.

Aldino Stepney Road, 700 block, 11:43 a.m. on Jan. 29. A fence was reportedly vandalized.

Carsins Run Road, 1700 block, 1:02 p.m. on Jan. 28. Tools, including a chain saw, nail gun, kerosene heater, portable water heater and more, were stolen from a storage shed. The total loss was approximately $2,500, police said. The victim said someone cut a chain that secured the property, which is a construction site.

Perryman Road, 1400 block, 10:31 on Jan. 26. Tools were reportedly stolen from a garage at a residence.

Perrywood Court, 200 block, 10:05 p.m. on Jan. 25. An assault was reported on an officer who was responding to the incident below. The officer encountered three individuals and began to question them when one of the males assaulted the officers. The individuals ran away, and the victim was uninjured.

South Philadelphia Boulevard, 600 block, 8:36 p.m. on Jan. 25. A pizza delivery girl was reportedly jumped in Perrywood. Three males reportedly demanded money and assaulted the female, who had reported to a residence to deliver a pizza, but was told no order was made. Police said as the victim turned to leave, she was stopped by three suspects, who struck her on the head and kicked her.
