South Philadelphia Boulevard, 600 block, May 25. Thomas M. Shumaker II, 30, of the 4300 block of Declaration Drive in Belcamp, was arrested and charged with theft.
Stevens Circle, 300 block, May 25. Amy L. Brill, 23, and Eric R. Cadden, 23, both of the first block of Paradise Road, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Mount Royal Avenue, first block, May 24. Rulx A. Oliver, 52, of the first block of Mount Royal Avenue, was arrested on a warrant charging him with assault.
Plater Street, 600 block, May 21. A 16-year-old male from the 100 block of William Powell Court was arrested and charged with assault and failure to obey a lawful order.
