Inca Street, unit block, Dec. 2. Michael W. Simpers, who does not have a fixed address, was arrested and charged with theft.
James Street and Henritta Alley, Dec. 1. Lisa Stansbury, 40, of the unit block of East Bel Air Avenue, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

East Bel Air Avenue, unit block, Dec. 1. Derek J. Hess, 26, of the 300 block of West Main Street, in Elkton, was arrested on a warrant.
West Bel Air Avenue, unit block, Nov. 30. Tyler S. Testerman, 18, of the 200 block of Schmechal Street, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

East Bel Air Avenue, unit block, Nov. 30. Dwane A. Mabe Jr., 23, of the 100 block of Osborne Road, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
