Pastor Daniel Sheffield, of the , will deliver the opening prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance by Councilwoman Ruth Ann Young.

The only item on the agenda is Ordinance No. 12-O-6, pertaining to unsafe buildings. The ordinance is up for introduction.
